Terms of rental



1 - USE OF PREMISES

The tenant must make use of the premises in accordance with the destination sites. The lease agreement between the parties of this act shall in no way benefit to third parties other than those mentioned in the contract, unless written agreement of the company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland.
The tenant, who signed this contract concluded for a fixed period, could in no circumstances invoke any right to remain in the premises after the rental period.

2 - NUMBER OF TENANTS

The number of tenants can not exceed that indicated on the contract without prior approval of the company L'Eden d'Eole - Marineland. The company reserves the right to refuse additional tenants or break the contract without compensation. In the case of an agreement, the rental price will be increased by an amount to be determined by management.

3 - ANIMALS

Pets are not allowed on our resort.

4 - AIR CONDITIONING

The price includes the operation of air conditioning. Doors and windows should preferably be closed when using air conditioners. The remotes should be moved or left within the reach of children. Failure to comply with these rules, any damage will be charged. (for information, the value of a remote control air conditioner is 100 €)

5 - SECURITY

At guest's arrival, a deposit is required by the provider.
The amount is defined in terms of rental accommodation, the bond provides coverage for any damage to equipment and any costs of restoration clean accommodation (floors, dishes etc..)
This deposit will be refunded upon confirmation of the inventory at the start of the tenant or by mail if it could not be done before the tenant leaves.

6 - STATE OF PLAY - INVENTORY

The tenant agrees to make accommodations to his departure in the state where he has found on his arrival. Failure to comply with this clause cleaning places will be responsible for and will be the loss of the bond mentioned in section 5.
An inventory will be conducted by a representative of the company at the beginning and end of the lease period.
All missing or damaged items will be the subject of a deduction from the deposit or billing if the bond amount was less than the cost of replacement or repair.
