Visit the Moroccan Minister of Foreign Affairs in Algeria on 23 and 24 January
The Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation of the Kingdom of Morocco, Saad-Eddine El Othmani,will visit Algeria at the invitation of his Algerian counterpart, Mourad Medelci, on 23 and 24 January.

This visit is part of "constructive dynamics initiated by the two countries through the exchange of ministerial visits and consultation to strengthen the bonds of brotherhood and cooperation between the two brotherly peoples", Mr Amr Belani Algerian Foreign Ministry spokesman said to APS.
Besides bilateral relations, the two ministers "will examine ways and means to revive the Arab Maghreb Union by reorganizing some of its institutions and its mechanisms for greater efficiency," he added.
The two ministers will also discuss "the regional and international issues of common interest", he told APS.
This visit follows the visit of Mr Medelci to Rabat in November and his meeting with the then Foreign Minister Taieb Fassi Fihri when both expressed their countries willingness to better their relations. The Western Sahara and the revitalisation of the Maghreb Arab Union will be on the afenda along with the reopening of the border between Algeria and Morocco which has been closed since 1994.
