UN Security Council Slams Pyongyang's Nuke Test
United Nations - The United Nations Security Council on Wednesday slammed the latest North Korean nuclear test, underlining that it would work on new "measures" against Pyongyang.

"The members of the Security Council also (express) determination to take further significant measures in the event of another DPRK nuclear test", the UNSC said in a statement following an emergency meeting.
"In line with this commitment and the gravity of this violation, the members of the Security Council will begin to work immediately on such measures in a new Security Council resolution," the statement added.
North Korea announced, earlier today, that it conducted a miniaturized hydrogen bomb test.
The announcement was criticized by many countries, including its neighbor South Korea which called it "a grave provocation to our national security".
