Timeline of conventions and agreements between Morocco and Senegal
March 1991. Dakar-Signature of two agreements, the first in the field of handicrafts, the second on social affairs.

March 1991. - Signature of an agreement in Dakar on the exchange of students between the urban communities of Casablanca and Dakar.

January 1992. -Signature of an agreement in Rabat film between Morocco and Senegal.

April 1995.

-Signature in Rabat of a bilateral cooperation agreement in the fields of sports, youth and children.

April 1996. Dakar-Conclusion of an agreement on cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce and Industry of Dakar and Casablanca intended to contribute to the expansion of trade and economic cooperation and technical cooperation between the two chambers. February 1999. -Signature in Rabat of a cooperation agreement between the agency Maghreb Arabe Presse (MAP) and the Senegalese press agency APS. This agreement provides for the sharing of information services between the two agencies through the use of new technologies, as well as the exchange of visits and experiences in the field of journalism.

May 1999. Dakar-Signature of a Memorandum of Agreement with immediate effect in terms of integration of disabled people. February 2000. - Rabat Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding for the establishment of a bank Moroccan-Senegalese "SENBANK" which should complement the effects of the acquisition of Air Senegal by the Royal Air Maroc.

May 2000. - Signature in Rabat of a partnership agreement between the group "WAFABANK" and the Senegalese  holding company "KEUR KHADIM."

February 26, 2001. - Signing of a cooperation agreement between the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and services of the wilaya of Marrakech and the Chamber of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture of Dakar providing for the promotion of trade and development relations commercial, industrial and technology between the two chambers.

May 26, 2001. Dakar-Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between the Moroccan  National Electricity and the national electricity company of Senegal for the installation by the MoroccanNational  Office  of a plant for electricity production in Dakar .

June 3, 2001. Casablanca-Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding between the National Office of Airports (ONDA) and the Senegalese agency for the promotion of investment and major projects (APIX) for the construction of a new international airport Dakar.

September 13, 2001. - Signature in Rabat of a cooperation agreement between Morocco and Senegal

the exchange of information, data and statistics in the economic field.

October 15, 2001. -Signature in Rabat an application program Memorandum of Understanding for cooperation in the integration of the disabled. This agreement aims to develop cooperation in the field of social policy including the integration of people with disabilities.

November 7, 2001. -Signature of an agreement in Marrakech Cooperation rural electrification and renewable energy development between the center of Renewable Energies (CDER) and the Senegalese Agency for Rural Electrification (ASER).

March 1, 2002. -Signature in Dakar six cooperation agreements between Morocco and Senegal, encompassing diverse areas as equipment, communication, exchange of programs between RTM and Radio Television Senegal (RTS), the prevention of tax evasion and the development of roads and highways sector and an act establishing the board businessmen mixed between the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) and the National Council of Employers of Senegal (CNP).

June 24, 2002. Rabat-Signature of an agreement on cooperation in the field of tourism.

January 7, 2004. -Signature of an agreement between the code-Share Royal Air Morocco and Senegal International Air allowing each company to sell seats on flights Casablanca and Casablanca-Dakar-Dakar operated by partner airlines.

April 28, 2004. Casablanca-Signature of an agreement establishing a joint business council between the General Confederation of Enterprises of Morocco (CGEM) and the National Council of Employers of Senegal (CNP).

December 17, 2004. -Signature in Rabat several conventions and agreements on cooperation in legal and judicial cooperation between Morocco and Senegal at the end of the 13-emetic session of the joint commission Moroccan-Senegalese.

These agreements relate in particular to the penitentiary, cooperation in judicial administration, assistance to prisoners and the transfer of sentenced persons between Morocco and Senegal, as well as cooperation between the Higher Institute of the Judiciary and the Judicial Training Centre of Senegal.

March 19, 2005. -Signature in Casablanca, an agreement to strengthen technical cooperation in the field of meteorology. -Signature of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Souss-Massa-Draa and the Fatick December 9, 2005 in Senegal. -Signature in Agadir, a cooperation protocol, the culmination of a series of meetings between the region of Souss-Massa-Draa and the Fatick Senegal in 2005.

December 20, 2005.
-Signature in Fez a protocol of cooperation and partnership to institutionalize relations and exchanges between regional councils of Rabat-Salé-Zemmour-Zaer and Dakar.


December 25, 2005. Signature in Essaouira, the Declaration of the twinning of the city of Essaouira and the Ile de Gorée (Senegal).


June 8, 2006. -Signature in Dakar, a cooperation agreement between the Administration and ONDA aeronautical activities ~ Senegal.


October 6, 2006. Casablanca-Signature of an agreement between banks and bank Attijariwafa ~ Senegal and Tunisia.
October 9, 2006. Casablanca-Signature of an agreement for the acquisition of the Bank by Senegal and Tunisia Attijariwafa bank.


November 15, 2006. -Signature in Senegal several cooperation agreements. It is an agreement on encouragement and reciprocal protection of investments, a framework agreement for cooperation and technical assistance in the field of regulation of the organization of the construction industry and public works ( BTP), a cooperation agreement in the field of civil protection, an agreement on air transport and amendment No. 2 on plan progress and improvement of Air Senegal International.


December 6, 2006. -Signature in Dakar, a cooperation agreement in the fields of security and decentralization.
1 February 2007. -Signature in Dakar, an agreement between the Office of Vocational Training and Labour Promotion (OFPPT) and the National Vocational Training (ONFP) in Senegal providing several areas of cooperation between the public .


April 23, 2007. Rabat-Signature of a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of agriculture and rural development.


June 9, 2007. -Signature in Fez, a protocol for decentralized cooperation in many areas between the city of Fez and the Senegalese town of Rufisque.


December 20, 2007. -Signature in Fez a framework agreement between the EU institutional partnership of local associations in Senegal (LKAUs) and local Moroccan.


May 31, 2008. -Signature in Dakar, a concession rural electrification in Senegal 25 years between The National Electricity (ONE) and the Senegalese Rural Electrification Agency (ASER).


July 18, 2008. Signature in Rabat a cooperation agreement between the House of Councillors and the Senate Senegal, whereby both institutions have decided to create two parliamentary groups.


December 20, 2009. -Signature in Marrakech, a memorandum of agreement between the council and the region of Laayoune Senegal Ziguinchor. -Signature in Marrakech, a memorandum of agreement between the municipal council and the Senegalese Lagouira Mouth-Tapée.


February 12, 2010. - Signature in Dakar, a contract between the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the World Bank Group (WB), and the National Office of Electricity (ONE). Under this agreement, the IFC, a subsidiary of the World Bank responsible for project financing socio-economic development in Africa, made its debut in the capital of COMASEL up to 16.6 pc.


February 6, 2011. -Signature in Rabat, a Memorandum of Cooperation Agreement between the party of Democratic Forces Front (FFD) and the African Party for Democracy and Socialism (PADS) in Senegal. In order to strengthen their bilateral relations and better serve the goals of both parties and the interests of both countries.


February 11, 2011. -Signature in Rabat cooperation agreement between the Moroccan and Senegalese Federations for riding.

July 20, 2011. -Signature in Dakar, twinning arrangements between Dakhla and cities in Senegal and Palestine.
November 21, 2011. Dakar-Signature of an agreement for cooperation between Morocco and Senegal to families of former resistance fighters.
