Abidjan - Speaker of the Ivorian National Assemblè Guillaume Soro said, on Sunday in Abidjan, that the ties between Côte d'Ivoire and Morocco are historically excellent.

The founding father of Côte d'Ivoire late Felix Houphouët Boigny, and late king Hassan II had always good relations. It is in line with this policy that HM King Mohammed VI and His Excellency President Alassane Outtara are working together, Soro told the press on the sidelines of the official welcoming ceremony for HM the King who is paying a working and friendship visit to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire.

All Ivorian people and institutions are mobilized to welcome the King, said the National Assembly Speaker, he noted.
