The Union has decided to take legal action against the  Benkirane  government's decision which it deemed "absurd" and going against the law managing the public sector, prohibiting any person employed in the public engaging in other "business".

This decision would allow doctors to practice in  the public more than the private  sector on Friday evening, Saturday and Sunday since doctor who operated on a patient on Sunday, for example, would surely another day to see and authorise his release. This would only create chaos in the sector, the statement of the Union.

This decision would also, to impair the health of citizens who will be treated with surgery or medical students, in the absence of doctors.

It is also a real threat against doctors working in private clinics only. Recent recruiting thousands of unemployed, participant, and to reduce the unemployment rate in the country, according to the same statement.

The Union provides, finally, it retains the right to defend the interests of physicians in private practice, addressing the court before this decision "illegal" by the Minister of Health and the government.
