The Moroccan private sector doctors threaten to sue the minister of justice
Moroccan Minister of Health and the government formally, banned public sector doctors on November 8, from practicing in the private sector. The Union has decided to take legal action against the Benkirane government's decision which it deemed "absurd" and going against the law managing the public sector, prohibiting any person employed in the public engaging in other "business".
