Madrid - An alleged Islamist terrorist wanted by Morocco was arrested by the Spanish security services in the occupied city of Melilla, the Spanish interior ministry said on Tuesday in a statement.

The accused, Mohammed El Bali, arrested on Tuesday by the Spanish police and civil guard, is wanted by the Moroccan authorities, it added.
