Bayan Al Yaoum wrote that, given the content of the royal speech on the issue of territorial integrity on the occasion of the opening of the fall session of Parliament, the visit of Mr. Ross and the next meeting of the UN security council likely draw the outlines of a new stage of the Sahara issue, "which requires greater vigilance and national mobilization to defend the legitimate rights of our country and our people."

For its part, Attajdid considers that it is early to give a judgment on the outcome of the visit of Ross, especially that no change was produced in the strategies of the enemy's territorial integrity, who are trying to foment tensions in the region to provoke Moroccan authorities.

Under the title "Declaration and vote of confidence, an obligation, L'Opinion stressed that "the issue of the declaration and the vote of confidence is very serious and cannot support half-measures", adding that "a new majority requires new directions, new priorities and a new vision. "

Al Mounaataf says that on its first meeting after the opening of the autumn session the parliament faced the first confrontation between the majority and the opposition, who has called for a new vote of confidence for the Benkirane government II.

Annahar Al-Maghribia wrote that the winds of adversity blow on Benkirane, since the opposition insists on the need for a confidence vote, while the head of government believes that it is only a ministerial reshuffle.

On another issue, L'Economiste notes that Benkirane "must pussyfoot, reassure on its ability to complete the budget, give some strong signals to economic agents, and offer the Purchasing Power to households. "
