Renault Tangiers plant eyes to exceed 230,000 cars in 2015
Rabat - General manager of Renault-Maroc, Jacques Prost, said the group eyes to exceed 230,000 cars in 2015, as the ceiling of 1,000 vehicles per day was already surpassed.
"We have a team working the night shift since September and today we have more than 7,000 workers on the Tangiers site", Prost told "L'Economiste" daily, noting that Renault's vision, launched last year is based on four pillars: enterprise, workers, customers and external promotion.
He also recalled that the group started over two months ago a management school in Morocco to give managers the needed competence and know-how to improve both industrial and commercial performance.
