Portuguese Sonae Sierra to invest 100 mln euros to develop Zenata trade center
Lisbon - Portuguese group Sonae Sierra, an international shopping centre specialist, announced on Monday that it will invest 100 million euros to develop the Zenata trade center located in Mohammedia.

In a statement, the group, which will develop the project in partnership with Marjane, Al Futtain and the Société d'Aménagement de Zenata (CDG Group), said it will be charged of providing services of development, marketing and real estate management of the center.
This is the first Sonae Sierra investment in Morocco where the group is present since 2011. The center will have a surface area of 90.000 square meters and will host 250 shops.
