Morocco's Net International Reserves Down 0.7%
Rabat - Morocco's net international reserves amounted to 229.2 billion dirhams until June 1, 2018, recording a 0.7% year-on-year decrease, Morocco's central bank (Bank Al-Maghrib) said.
During the week of May 31-June 6, Bank Al-Maghrib injected 59 billion dirhams.
As for the interbank rate, it remained at 2.27%, while the average trading volume decreased from 4.3 billion Dirhams the week before to 4 billion Dirhams, the source added. During the same period, the Dirham appreciated by 0.68% against the Dollar and depreciated by 0.41% against the Euro.
