Paris - The Moroccan cultural center, which will be built in Paris, will highlight al what bring the two countries together, French president François Hollande said Wednesday.
Speaking to 2M TV channel, Holland highlighted the symbolic visit of the Sovereign to the Arab World Institute, which represents the close ties between the two countries.

The French president also shed light on the location of this future center in the fifth district in the heart of Paris, saying that the new institution will contribute to the cultural connection between Morocco and France.

Hollande also lauded the message of HM king Mohammed VI to the participants in Marrakech's recent conference on the Rights of Religious Minorities in Predominantly Muslim Majority Communities.

"This is a call for peace that we should all hear and rely on", he said, adding that the Middle East, which is witnessing tragedies, "should be a place where minorities live together in respect. This is not the case currently, and we all should fight together to reach this objective".

Built on an area of 320 m2, the cultural center is designed with a modern architecture, in line with its ambition to be a place that brings cultures together.
