The bill on the reform of the military justice, adopted last Friday by the Council of Ministers, held under the chairmanship of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, shows that Morocco is ''on track'' Roatta said. "This reform was more than expected, and I congratulate His Majesty the King who was able to take strong commitments to standardize national legislation on justice'' with the provisions of the Constitution and international principles, he said.

The MEP of the European People 's Party group(EPP) also welcomed this bill which introduces major changes to promote military justice by placing it among the specialized judicial institutions that guarantee rights and freedoms.
