Morocco condemns in strongest terms terrorist attacks against Chadian capital

Rabat - The Kingdom of Morocco condemns, in the strongest terms, the terrorist attacks that targeted on Monday a police station and a police school in Chad's capital N'Djamena, claiming several lives, said the foreign affairs ministry.

Morocco extends its heartfelt condolences and compassion to the Chadian authorities and the victims' families, expresses its solidarity with the Chadian people and reiterates its firm condemnation and flat refusal of terrorism under all its forms, said the ministry in a statement.

The Kingdom deems it necessary to reinforce regional and international efforts to counter the phenomenons of terrorism and extremism mainly in the Sahel-Saharan region, it added.
