Morocco and the African states, for a new partnership

With a strong expertise in specialized areas, plus a wealth of experience in management training in various specialties, Morocco wants to share this vision with its partners, particularly in hydraulics and agriculture, based on the Moroccan Agency for International Cooperation. Youssef Amrani has been in Addis Ababa where he held talks with several African ministers including the Niger, Comoros, Nigeria, Congo – Brazzaville and Ghana.
