Morocco and Jordan sign institutional mediation agreement

Amman - The Moroccan Mediation Institution (Ombudsman) and the Diwan Al Madhalim of Jordan, signed, Tuesday in Amman, a memorandum of understanding and cooperation in institutional mediation.

The memorandum provides for the exchange of information on the resolutions and actions taken in each country in institutional mediation and the protection and consolidation of human rights.

It also stipulates providing the party that so wishes with legislative and organizational texts relating to the goals set out in the memorandum.

Moreover, the agreement insists on the development of cooperation and partnership relations between the two sides and coordination for mutual support during conferences and meetings at international and regional levels.
