Morocco, Saudi Arabia sign Memo of Understanding for cooperation in environment

Signed by minister-delegate for environment, Hakima El Haite and general manager of the Saudi office of meteorology and environment protection, Abdelaziz Ben Omar Al Jaser, the agreement provides for promoting bilateral cooperation by trading expertise and experiences various environment-protection aspects, such as awareness and communication.

The two countries will also cooperate in environment monitoring, setting up environment norms, waste management and integrated management of coastal areas.
