Morocco, Libya sign four cooperation executive programs

Rabat - Morocco and Libya signed, on Tuesday in Rabat, four cooperation executive programs during a ceremony chaired by heads of governments of both countries Abdelilah Benkirane and Ali Zidane.

The first program, signed by foreign minister Saad Dine El Otmani and Libyan counterpart Mohamed Amhamed Abdelaziz, touches on higher education and scientific research over the 2014-2017 period.

The second, inked by culture minister Mohamed Amine Sbihi and Libyan foreign minister concerns cultural collaboration over three years starting from 2014.

The third involves cooperation on environment between 2014-2016, while the fourth, signed by Industry minister Abdelkader Amara and Libyan economy minister Mustapha Mohamed Abou Founas touches on the implementation of the agreement signed in 2009 by the Moroccan agency for investment development and the Libyan agency for investment promotion and privatization.
