Morocco, France support internationalisation of Moroccan and French businesses in Africa

Rabat: Morocco and France have agreed to support the dynamics of the internationalisation of Moroccan and French companies towards Africa, in the Joint Declaration made ​​public on Thursday after the state visit of the French President François Hollande to Morocco.

The text emphasises that both countries see Africa as a place of economic opportunity in which Moroccan and French companies are investing in the development of tripartite cooperation.

The two countries have also praised the dynamism shown by economic operators of both countries, welcoming the progress made by the  Moroccan French Club of entrepreneurs for the development of mutually beneficial partnerships operating within the framework of a common vision, built on the principle of co-location.

They also welcomed the holding of th Moroccan and French forum of entrepreneurs  in its third year, which ended on Thursday in Rabat by the head of the French state.

This new impetus for bilateral relations during the occaision of Hollande's visit to  Morocco redounds positively on the whole Euro-Mediterranean relations due to the shared ambition of the two countries for a renewed partnership between the two shores of the Mediterranean based on democracy, shared prosperity and solidarity.
