Morocco: A campaign to raise 6 billion dirhams of unpaid taxes

According to the Arabic daily close to the PJD, Attajdid ,an authorized source at the Ministry of Economy and Finance, said the campaign will be launched by the Government to collect funds, able to reduce the deficit will exceed 60 % of debt.

 

A battery of measures accompanying the campaign, with pole position, cancellation fines, surcharges and collection costs.

In addition, the Minister of Economy and Finance Nizar Baraka had indicated to members of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, that tax revenues have declined in the first 3 months of 2013, by nearly 2.8 dirhams, because, among other things, poor performance in sales of large taxpayers.
