Moroccan phosphates group buys 10 pc of Brazil's Fertilizantes Heringer for USD 64.9 million
Casablanca - Moroccan phosphates "OCP" has purchased 10pc of Brazil's Fertilizantes Heringer for USD 64.9 million, OCP announces, explaining that this operation will help the Brazilian company increase its blending capacities for its target markets.

The two groups have also signed an agreement for long-term supply of phosphates by-products to take effect upon finalization of capital increase operation.
