According to the project promoters, three Moroccan cities (Casablanca, Rabat and Marrakech) are shortlisted as venues for the project set to create 100 permanent jobs.

The goal of the project is to consolidate partnership between Moroccan and Canadian private operators, export Canadian know-how and skills and contribute to Morocco's economic takeoff.

The compound will attract between 800,000 and one million North American tourists every year who will attend the shows and concerts to be held there.

The Bell Centre, formerly known as the Molson Centre, is a sports and entertainment complex in Montreal, Quebec, Canada. It opened on March 16, 1996 after nearly three years under construction. It is best known as the home of the National Hockey League's Montreal Canadiens ice hockey team.
