Moroccan Ambassador Hands Credentials to King Felipe VI of Spain

Madrid - King Felipe VI of Spain received, Wednesday at Madrid royal palace, Karima Benyaich who handed him her credentials as HM the King's ambassador to Spain.

The audience was an occasion to convey to the Spanish sovereign a message of friendship and brotherhood from HM King Mohammed VI and his wishes of progress and prosperity for the friendly Spanish people, Benyaich told MAP after the ceremony.

The Moroccan diplomat added that her mission is to act pursuant to the high royal instructions to foster the relations of friendship and multidimensional cooperation, to further develop economic and cultural exchanges and to look after the interests of the one-million Moroccan community in Spain.
