M'diq Fnideq: 200 illegal migrants attempt to swims to Spanish-occupied Ceuta, 7 bodies recovered, local authorities
Rabat - Seven bodies of irregular migrants, including a woman, were recovered from the water on Thursday off the M'diq Fnideq prefecture following the attempt of 200 migrants to swim to the Spanish-occupied enclave of Ceuta, local authorities said.

Some 200 irregular migrants attempted Thursday at dawn to swim their way into the city of Ceuta through Oued Aouiyate, said the same source, adding that 150 of them were arrested, while the others retreated.
The rescue team have also helped rescue 13 wounded individuals who were taken Hassan II hospital in Fnideq. Rescue operations continue searching for other victims, the source added.
