Liberia grateful to Morocco for its solidarity
Rabat - Liberia expressed its sincere gratitude to Morocco, mainly to HM King Mohammed VI, for the Kingdom's solidarity towards the Liberian people, especially during the Ebola epidemic which affected Liberia.

While we are suffering from the isolation imposed by several countries that have closed their borders, canceled flights and even refused to accept our students in their universities, Morocco is still by our side, said Liberia's foreign minister Augustine Kpehe Ngafuan during a press briefing with minister delegate for foreign affairs Mbarka Bouaida, hailing the attitude of Morocco's carrier RAM which is the only African air company operating flights to Liberia.

Morocco is a proof of the saying "a friend in need is a friend indeed," said Kpehe Ngafuan, highlighting the excellent relations between Rabat and Monrovia. Bouaida stressed that Morocco's solidarity with Liberia reinforces the presence and involvement of the Kingdom with its African brothers, renewing the solidarity of Morocco with Liberia. This meeting is part of the close bilateral relationship we have with Liberia, she added.
