Under the title "Turning the Corner", 'Aujoud'hui le Maroc' writes that "far from displaying a good health, the financial situation begins to send signs of hope."

"If the country had not entered into a state of wait- or quasi- stagnation, due to political and partisan crisis, our economy could have done better," said the editorialist.

The government, who could soon emerge in its new configuration, " must play the role it deserves in order to draw up economic sectors and most importantly, avoid getting into marginal fights as we saw in the past "says the author , claiming that " there is no other choice , especially since the social situation shows signs of distress . "

For his part, 'Rissalat Al Ummah' wrote that the Governor of Bank Al Maghrib sent coded messages to the government, which can be regarded as a position taken vis-à -vis the implementation of the system of partial indexation of prices of oil products.

According to the editorial, the first message is that the head of the Central Bank, Abdellatif Jouahri, was not consulted before this decision and this is a substantial defect of the current government policy that excludes all parties concerned with economic and financial issues.

The second message is the warning of the bank against the repetition of slippages occured in 2012 when the budget deficit reached 7.7 pc of GDP, the author points out , noting that the other messages are related to the delay recorded in the reform process of the Compensation Fund and the low inflation and growth rates, despite a positive assessment of the growth of the agricultural sector.

The attitudes of the Governor of Bank Al Maghrib vis-à -vis economic and social developments in recent months do not invalidate the 2012 report presented to HM the King, but they validate it, recalling that this report sounded the alarm on the need for the government to revise its economic and financial policy.

Regarding the partial elections to fill vacant seats in the House of Representatives, 'Bayan Al Youm' believes that these elections, which would not affect the parliamentary balance, are certainly an opportunity to evaluate other important indices.

The editor believes that these rendezvous occur in an eventful national context, some of which are unfortunately negative , expressing the hope that these rendezvous will not be disturbed by these events.

The elections provide an opportunity to all parties to achieve this national event promote transparency and strengthen the confidence of youth and all citizens in the country's future , says the author.
