Head of government condemns provocative act that targeted General Abdelaziz Bennani in Paris hospital

" A statement from the office of the head of government said that "during this act, an individual, known for his notorious reputation by the French justice authorities, outrageously provoked and morally attacked General Bennani and his family in the perimeters of the hospital." Recalling that the incident "which targets a figure of the Royal Armed Forces, is not isolated and follows other acts of provocation which targeted Moroccan senior security officials and diplomats in Paris," the statement noted that "Director General of the Directorate of Territorial Surveillance had been the subject of a judicial summons which was vigorously denounced by Morocco."

This series of serious and relentless acts, calls to mind the intentions and willingness of the French authorities," especially as access to a Paris military hospital "is subject to strict and tough security measures," the statement said.
