HM the King Congratulates Erdogan on his Re-election as President of Turkey

Rabat – HM King Mohammed VI sent a congratulatory message to Recep Tayyip Erdogan on his re-election as President of the Republic of Turkey.

In this message, the Sovereign expresses to President Erdogan His heartfelt congratulations and best wishes of success in his high office, and in achieving the brotherly Turkish people's aspirations for more progress and prosperity.

"This re-election testifies to Turkish people's renewed trust in you and their consideration for your sustained efforts to achieve progress, development and to strengthen Turkey's position within its regional environment and internationally," HM the King says.

The Sovereign expresses His satisfaction with the strong brotherly ties and mutual esteem binding the two peoples, as well as bilateral relations based on the fruitful cooperation and active solidarity, reaffirming His firm determination to continue working together with the Turkish president in order to promote these relations and raised them to the level of the two brotherly peoples’ aspirations, with a view to serving their common interests and promoting security, peace and stability in the world.
