France - Chad: Idriss Deby in Paris for three days of official visit
Chadian President Idriss Deby, arrived in Paris Tuesday, December 4. He will be received the next day by his counterpart Francois Hollande as president. The program for this presidential meeting includes Mali and the controversy over the Ibni case of the Chadian opposition leader abducted and missing since February 2008.

The meeting with Francois Hollande on Wednesday at the Elysee, will also focus on the crisis in Mali.
