Laayoune (south) - Moroccan authorities seized this Monday some 4 tons of cannabis resin (Chira) at the crossing point of El Guergarat (south of Morocco).

The banned substance was seized aboard a refrigerated truck bound for Senegal via Mauritania, the Regional Customs Service pointed out in a statement.
