A statement from the Ministry of Justice and Freedoms states that the Spanish site posted the link to the original version of the video in Arabic," which means that it was addressed to the Arabic-speaking public in general and Moroccans in particular, and therefore, constitutes an incitement to acts of terrorism in the Kingdom, and a threat to the safety of Moroccan citizens and their property."

The Moroccan government has decided to sue "El Pais" before the competent Spanish judicial authorities, the statement added.

The public prosecutor has instructed the police to arrest a Moroccan journalist, editor of electronic site (lakome.com ), for investigation after his site broadcast a video of AQIM (Al Qaeda in the Islamic Maghreb) calling for terrorism acts in Morocco.
