El Khalfi Highlights Morocco's Experience in Government Communication in Sharjah

The Moroccan experience in this field stems from the Constitution, which confirms the citizen's right to information, El Khalfi said at the closing ceremony of the 4th International Forum on Government Communication, held under the theme "Government spokesman: between reality and future". 

Morocco's success in launching and managing large-scale reforms (compensation fund, pension schemes, National Electricity Office...), which were accompanied by difficult decisions that may have electoral impact, is partly attributed to an efficient communication policy overseen by the Government Chief, the minister pointed out.

He also stressed the reputation of the Kingdom in the field of government communication internationally, citing in this regard a report published by the British newspaper "Financial Times" which stresses that Morocco's success in the implementation of its reform program of the compensation fund is due to the efficient and successful communication policy adopted by the government.
