EU Court Ruling: Madrid Supports Rabat
Geneva - Spanish State Secretary for Foreign Affairs, Ignacio Ibanez, on Wednesday expressed his country's support to the Moroccan position vis-à-vis the EU court ruling on the Morocco-EU Agricultural Agreement.
During a meeting in Geneva with Minister Delegate to the Minister of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, Mbarka Bouaida, the Spanish official expressed the hope to see the Kingdom and the EU "move forward with a solution."
This meeting was held on the sidelines of the 31st session of the UN Human Rights Council, in the presence of Morocco's Permanent Representative Ambassador in Geneva Mohamed Aujjar. "
"Spain, a friendly neighbor and partner country, has expressed its support to overcome the current situation", Bouaida told MAP.
