DCFTA: third round in November or early December
Brussels - The third round of negotiations for the conclusion of a deep and comprehensive Free Trade Agreement (DCFTA) between Morocco and the European Union will probably take place in November or early December, said on Thursday, Secretary General of the Ministry of Trade and Morocco's Chief Negotiator, El Aid Mahsoussi.

The second round, which was held on June 24-27 in Brussels, took place in good conditions. Overall negotiations are progressing well compared to almost all negotiating groups, said Mr. Mahsoussi in statement to the press at the end of the second round of negotiations on DCFTA.
"We are pleased with the results of the second round. We are making progress, but we must expect more rounds to work out any issues because it is a deep and comprehensive trade agreement," he said.
Moroccan and European negotiators held, last April in Rabat, a first round of negotiations on DCFTA, an agreement which aims to facilitate the gradual integration of the Moroccan economy in the internal EU market.
