Conference: Personal and professional coaching, a booming business in Morocco

Experts, consultants and personnel trainers who participated in the meeting organized by the Moroccan Federation of personal trainers and professionals (FMCPP) noted the growing interest in Morocco for training in the field of coaching staff, which allows for highlight the strengths of managers and employees and help them to overcome personal barriers so that they can give the best of themselves and contribute to the success of projects and business professionals.

In a statement to MAP on this occasion, the President of the FMCPP, Lotfi Chraibi, explained that the job of a personal trainer differs from the manager in the sense that it is not limited to management teams and human resources but for the purpose of fulfilment and personal success, which contributes to the success of the group or company.

The creation in 2012 of the FMCPP aims to support the growth that knows this business and create a space for exchanging, sharing and training for managers coaches, he said, noting that the first realisation of this association was the development of a code of ethics for the profession of coaching.

For his part, Brigitte Daniel Carnicelli, consultant and coach, manager noted that the coach is primarily a human resource manager that uses the methods of coaching staff to mobilise its team and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the company.

The manager makes use including active listening of the individual to enable him to express himself within the group and encourage them to give maximum capacity, putting in place the conditions for improving the creative and beneficial initiative for the company.

The FMCPP is a group of personal trainers and professionals working in the cities of Casablanca, Rabat, Tangier and Marrakech. It is intended as a vehicle to promote the profession of coaching and a space to share, exchange and interaction around coaching.
