El Yazami, who reviewed the genesis of the CNDH and 13 Regional Committees on Human Rights (CRDH), emphasized that all members of these bodies have an association-related activity, and sometimes leadership roles in association movements, which, according to him, allows to spread the values ??of human rights throughout society.

The seminar, attended by renown experts and academics, offers the opportunity to compare practices in some countries in terms of the relationship between the CNDH bodies and regional committees acting on their autonomous or decentralized territories.
