Bait Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency Awards Prizes To Winners of 'Al Aqsa Colors' Competition

Casablanca - The winners of the "Al Aqsa Colors" competition, organized by the Bait Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency, in partnership with the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sports- Department of Culture, and the Greater Casablanca Regional Academy of Education and Training, were awarded prizes on Saturday in Casablanca, on the sidelines of the 26th edition of the International Book Fair (SIEL). According to a press release from the Bait Mal Al Quds Asharif Agency, the first prize was awarded to student Zainab Adil from the "Achourouk" school (Mediouna delegation), while the second prize was won by students Douaa Katoubi from the "Ajyal Alfalah" school and Adam Houfdi from "Al Jil-Aljadid" (Berrechid).

The third prize was shared by Aya Souhan from "Al Anwar" school and Bayan El Hadiri from "Al Jil Al-Jadid" school, the statement said. This competition isa beautiful tradition through which the agency celebrates the arts, colors and beauty, created by the little hands of the students to express their love for the holy city and its religious, civilizational and human symbols, said director of general affairs of the Agency Mohamed Salem Cherkaoui, quoted in the press release.

This competition saw the participation of 130 students, with 60 paintings, 10 of which were shortlisted.
