Amrani meets with Spanish secretary of state for research, innovation in Rabat

 At a press conference held following the meeting, Mr. Amrani emphasized the excellent relations between Morocco and Spain, saying that "the two countries are working together to create an area of peace and prosperity in the Mediterranean."

"During the meeting we discussed the four pillars that must strengthen our cooperation in innovation, development and science, namely renewable energy, marine resources, agribusiness, and water," he said, adding that these pillars, priority for Morocco and Spain, are likely to give "a qualitative leap in our bilateral cooperation. "

For her part, the Spanish official said that "the only way to deal with problems that face the two countries is to work together and seek solutions in science and technology."

She added that the two neighboring countries are taking, soon, actions in this direction in order to achieve the bilateral partnership they seek.
