The country will consolidate its diplomatic efforts and presence in regions as required by its multi-faceted interests, Algeria Press Agency (APS) reports the plan as saying.

"Terrorism and organised crimes are threatening peace, stability and economic development in the region," said the document.

"Algeria considers itself as fully involved in efforts for the economic integration and development of the sub-region."

The action plan of President Abdelaziz Bouteflika will be presented by Prime Minister Abdelmalek Sellal at the People's National Assembly (lower house of parliament) on Sunday.

Under the plan, Algeria will continue supporting its 'Malian brothers' for the promotion of dialogue and national reconciliation.

"Algeria is fully committed to the promotion and implementation of the New Partnership for Africa's Development (NEPAD), and will contribute actively to develop a new framework of the Post-2015 Development Agenda," read the plan.

The document also cited a United Nations institute dedicated to sustainable growth which shows Algeria's actions for the development of Africa.
