Paris - The speech by HM King Mohammed VI before the Moroccan-Ivorian economic forum in Abidjan is perceived as a royal road map which focuses on the role of economic diplomacy in Africa, wrote weekly "Jeune Afrique" in its Sunday issue.

In an article titled "Morocco: an African King", the paper notes that, for his second tour south of the Sahara in less than a year, the Sovereign, who was accompanied by a delegation of including investors and operators representing the different sectors, focused on economic relations with the countries of this region, recalling in this regard the signing of partnership agreements in the fields of agriculture, human development and business.

This royal involvement was welcomed by businessmen, says the weekly, noting that the African continent is open to competition, not only in by Westerners or new Asian giants.
