Rabat - Upper House Speaker Mohamed Cheikh Biadillah will speak , tomorrow Tuesday, at MAP's Forum.

The new MAP Forum session will deal with the role of Upper House in the upcoming regional and local elections and will be held at 9:00 am in the headquarters of Morocco's news agency (MAP) in Rabat.
Biadillah is expected to give an overview of the legislative action led by the Upper House.
