UNHRC chief lauds ongoing progress of human rights in Morocco

Geneva - President of the UNHRC, Gabon's ambassador to the UN Baudelaire Ndong Ella, lauded on Monday in Geneva the continued progress in the field of human rights in Morocco.

We receive every time information on the improvement of the human rights situation in Morocco, Ndong Ella told the press after a meeting with Justice minister Mustapha Ramid on the sidelines of the UNHRC 25th session.

While encouraging Morocco to remain on this path, the UNHRC president deemed "very good" the approach of communication adopted by the Kingdom to spread knowledge about its experience and actions on human rights.

The communication is well undertaken by Morocco, this is a good approach to promote the clarity of efforts in the field of human rights, he said.
