Two former Mauritanian ambassadors to Morocco awarded Alawite Wissam of Commander rank

Nouakchott - Two former Mauritanian ambassadors to Morocco, Mohamed Ould Talba and Mohamed Ould Mouaouia were given, on Wednesday in Nouakchott, the Alawite Wissam of Commander rank, granted to them by HM King Mohammed VI, in recognition of their efforts to strengthen relations between the two countries and peoples in different fields.

Mohamed Benmbarek, chargé d'affaires at the Moroccan embassy in Nouakchott, handed the royal decorations to the two former diplomats during a ceremony held at the Moroccan cultural center, in the presence of intellectuals, journalists, Arab diplomats and the president of Mauritanian diplomatic circle.

In a speech, the Moroccan chargé d'affaires said that the royal Wissams are a testimony to the leading and efficient role played by the two diplomats during their mission in the kingdom, where they contributed to consolidating brotherhood ties, active solidarity and fruitful cooperation.
