"The Ouirgane trails," in honour of the Moroccan rural heritage

Marrakech: Starting from the major concern of upgrading the rural heritage Moroccan Association Artsouk leads a very ambitious project called " Ouirgane trails."

Thus, the Artsouk association with local resources, Moroccans residing abroad and its partners will begin its project "Ouirgane trails" from April 2013 with several planned actions.
 

Artsouk targets heritage with efforts to open up the village Ouirgane, the rehabilitation of the internal path and heritage elements; education to assist the Director of the school and the students in their project for the creation a school library, Sending a batch of 500 textbooks destined for Ouirgane primary school and solidarity with the economy to support civil society and local actors in income-generating projects, labelling / certification of edible oil '.
 

The village house project is the village of Ouirgane, 70 km from Marrakech, which is the point of passage for crossing the High Atlas.
 

The Artsouk  association was created in July 2003. A non-profit, it works through its website to promote the heritage, culture, arts and crafts of Morocco. Thanks to the skills of its active members, the association provides multidisciplinary expertise in the implementation of development projects focused on improving the living conditions of local populations, asset valuation and the development of local activities generating income.
