Senegalese president receives Moroccan FM in Dakar
Dakar - The president of the Republic of Senegal, Macky Sall, received, Monday night in Dakar, Moroccan foreign minister Saad-Eddine El Otmani, on the occasion of the 14th High Joint Moroccan-Senegalese Cooperation Committee which convened in the Senegalese capital.

"I was honoured, with the delegation accompanying me, to be received by His Excellency President Macky Sall at the end of the 14th session of the Joint Committee convened in Dakar. This solicitude attests to the excellent relations between the two countries as it reflects the interest His Excellency takes in cooperation between our two countries," El Otmani told MAP following the audience.
"The audience provided an opportunity to review the results of the 14th session and discuss new perspectives of bilateral cooperation that has seen a fresh impetus after the recent visit of HM King Mohammed VI to Senegal," he added.
The 14th session of the High Joint Committee, chaired by El Otmani and his Senegalese counterpart Mankeur Ndiay was marked by the signing of several cooperation agreements in various economic and social sectors.
The two sides pledged to redouble efforts and initiatives to promote bilateral cooperation and make it a model of South-South cooperation.HH
