In a recently published article entitled "The triumph of legality", the "Primicia" adds that this fact is the result of the announcement, late 2013 by several countries, of the withdrawal of their recognition of the SADR phoney entity, giving the example of Haiti, Panama, Paraguay and Mauritius.

In fact, everyone realized that the so-called SADR is not a sovereign political entity in terms of international law, the newspaper said, adding that this entity has neither a territory nor a population, let alone a sovereign political power.

Recalling that Colombia was one of the first Latin American country to withdraw its recognition of the puppet entity, the "Primicia" says that countries that have withdrawn their recognition of the so-called SADR have sided with the international law while the negotiation process initiated under the UN auspices is still ongoing.
