President Traoré Dioncounda renews his confidence in the Prime Minister Cheick Modibo Diarra
Prsident Dioncounda Traore, received Dr. Cheick Modibo Diarra, Prime Ministe over the weekend. He renewed his confidence in hm as Prime Ministerl and asked him to make proposals for the establishment of a national unity government.

In a terse statement those groups who had met the President were asked to send 8 copies of their cv to the Prime Minister to include details of their wives and children no later than Tuesday 14 August 2012.
After his speech to the nation on his return from France, the President of the Republic announced that two Vice Persidents would be appointed to work with the High Council of State. These are thought to be, Ibrahim Boubacar Keita ,the charismatic leader of the RPM, and Mahmoud Dicko of the the High Islamic Council. ECOWAS isawiting the formation of a governmentof national unity.
