Pedro Sanchez's Message to Sovereign: 'Important Step' on Way to Final Peace in Sahara (Chilean Expert)
In a reaction to MAP, Moraga said that the message of Pedro Sanchez is "an important step, not only to definitively improve relations between the two countries, but also to achieve a definitive peace in the Sahara, within the framework of the regional autonomy proposal, presented by Morocco to the United Nations".
The Chilean expert stressed that Spain now "appreciates the Moroccan proposal as such", namely that it is "the only serious, realistic and viable solution to resolve this conflict and put an end to the suffering of the Sahrawis in Tindouf and the crimes committed in their name.
Moraga insisted that the message of the President of the Spanish Government to the Sovereign is also "an important step towards peace and progress in the Maghreb”.
