Parliament : Opposition wants to bring a complaint against Benkirane before the Constitutional Council

Opposition groups are preparing to lodge a complaint against the head of government, before the Constitutional Council for a judgment of unconstitutionality following the cancellation by the government of the execution of investment of $ 15 billion Dirhams taken recently due to the risk of imbalance in the public accounts of the state.

The opposition denounced the unilateral decision by the Head of Government, on a budget, passed in the House.

According to the Arabic daily Al Maghribia Annahar, citing sources, the opposition groups decided to question the Chief Executive as part of the monthly meeting of policy issues and the Minister of Economy and Finance Nizar Baraka to explain the ins and outs that led to the making of this decision.
