No possible solution to crisis in Mali without Algeria, says Cote d’Ivoire President’s envoy
The special envoy of Cote d’Ivoire President Alassane Ouattara, Amara Essy underlined on Monday here Algeria’s key role in efforts to reach a solution to the crisis that has been shaking the Mali for several months.

"What is happening in Mali concerns both countries of ECOWAS and North Africa and we are convinced that without Algeria, there will be no possible solution to the crisis," said the President Ouattara’s envoy at the end of the audience granted to him by President of the Republic Abdelaziz Bouteflika,reported APS.
"Algeria knows the problem better than we do. There are Algiers agreements signed between Malians and that’s the reason we have listened carefully to the analyses made by President Bouteflika in this regard, and we will present a report to President Ouattara including all the elements to reach a solution to the crisis," he added
